July 5, 2016 - I-80 Westbound, Odessa Nebraska, US
It was hot this day... Temp were close to 97 degrees. Humidity was peaking about 75 percent. A real boiler of an afternoon. Making it real favorable for some severe weather. I was in for another severe weather photographic treat.
Heading west on I-80 from Kearney. I was approaching the outer boundary of this storm. Beautiful structure..... asperatus and mammatus clouds stretching out like a classic mothership out on the front boundary! Truly surreal!
