Moved to the south to get ahead of this monster once again! TVS Warnings and Tornado Warnings were in front and back of out location as we traveled to Trenton Nebraska. Again we didn't see any tornadoes. If they were there they were rain wrapped.
We honestly should have been in the thick of it with no visibility but that's whats called punching the core to get to the other side of the storm.
Back in front of this we had lost our warning for the storm but within 10 mins of being there another tornado warned popped up right in front of us.
Radar had indicated the tornado just to the northwest (right side of this image) but we couldn't see it due to the intensity of the rainfall. We had just a few mins before the core of the storm passed over us. These are the images before that event!
NebraskaSC = Nebraska Storm Chaser I've been chasing storms since the early 80's, out in the plains of Nebraska. A passion to capture the moments that mother nature brings every spring summer and fall to South Central Nebraska. Yes I chase the storms, but I don't travel all that far to get these superb captures of natures fury. I seem to have a knack to be in the right place at the right time. I'm not egotistical, my photography is an extension of what I call art. Since I cannot draw, or paint, but I can get to the right place at the right time when severe weather approaches. These are a collection of my doing so.

About 15 years ago I drove through one of the worst rain/tornado/wind and hail storms in Nebraska on my way back to Wyoming. Your wonderful photographs really capture the excitement of that experience!!
