May 15, 2017 - South of Holdrege Nebraska

Moderate Risk threat that afternoon as the storm began to fire about 5pm CDT in south central Nebraska.

We had planned it out perfectly. Just out in front of these cells before the NWS through a warning on this supercell. We didn't have much time though as it was producing golf ball sized hail just to the west of our location.

NebraskaSC = Nebraska Storm Chaser I've been chasing storms since the early 80's, out in the plains of Nebraska. A passion to capture the moments that mother nature brings every spring summer and fall to South Central Nebraska. Yes I chase the storms, but I don't travel all that far to get these superb captures of natures fury. I seem to have a knack to be in the right place at the right time. I'm not egotistical, my photography is an extension of what I call art. Since I cannot draw, or paint, but I can get to the right place at the right time when severe weather approaches.
